Who Are You Walking With?
FOJ: Genesis 3:8 And they (Adam and Eve) heard the voice of the LORD God “walking in the garden in the cool of the day.”
Apparently God enjoyed a “leisurely walk” with his kids, at the end of a full day.
It is a scene that is quite surreal to imagine: “God coming by to visit and to take a simple Walk with someone!”
So, when I see young parents out walking in my neighborhood in the evening, with their kids, I think about why they do that; and why God came to walk with Adam and Eve.
It most surely is all about love, companionship and a close kinship!
I guess that’s what God wanted! And still seeks!
